How Does It Work?

Membership and One-Time Order Terms

One-Time Orders

Deposit: A deposit of £150.00 to £500.00 is required to cover our goods, as we do not maintain a record of one-time customers.
Order Minimum: £100.00 (excluding the deposit).
Linen Hire Terms: Arrangement for collection within 10 days. This can be extended within time communication.
Delivery: Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Stock Availability: While we aim to meet demand, stock availability for non-members is not guaranteed due to prioritization of members.

Membership Benefits

Monthly Fee: £10.99/month (increasing to £19.99/month from the New Year).
Order Minimum: £100.00.
Same-Day Delivery: Available in London or Kent. taking effect on 01/03/2025
Last-Minute Delivery: Place an order with just a 3-hour notice window (subject to availability).
Free Toiletries Set: Included with every order.
Linen Hire Terms: Arrangement for collection within 14 days. This can be extended within time communication.
